Appointments & Bookings Appointments are subject to availability. Late arrivals, missed appointments, or late cancellations may result in forfeited deposits, fees, or loss of promotional pricing. Same-day availability is not guaranteed. 4. Payments, Pricing & Refunds All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at the time of service or purchase. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on services, jewelry, memberships, deposits, or gift cards. 5. Memberships Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Benefits apply only to the named member and are valid only during the active membership term. Unused benefits do not roll over and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. 6. Jewelry Care & Repairs Clients are responsible for proper jewelry care. Complimentary repairs or adjustments (if offered) apply only to jewelry purchased through us and exclude excessive damage, loss, or third-party alterations. 7.
